Bright and Shiny Things

It has taken 3 days to get the Christmas tree up and decorated. When the kids woke up from their afternoon nap, I took the kids in to look and touch it. The tree has colored lights on it, but they were drawn to the red lights (I must be doing something right!)




I put a small tree by the front door. It is decorated with lights, colored garland and Pez dispensers.
The kids also like the dishwasher, which I do not understand. Personally, dishes are my least favorite chore around. But whatever tickles your fancy.
Watch, when they get older, it will be impossible to get them to help with the dishes.
